- Sexual Harassment/Discrimination Complaints
- Responding to state and federal Equal Employment Opportunity compliance agencies, and
- Provides staff assistance to the county's Equal Employment Opportunity Advisory Committee
Mandatory Harassment Prevention Training:
State law mandates that managers, supervisors, and lead workers complete at least two hours of Harassment Prevention Training every two years. If you do not supervise employees, you still may be required to take this training because of your job classification. All other employees are required to participate in this training every three years.
